Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom optimization work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. From the moment we start, our time, expertise, and resources are dedicated specifically to your project.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our results. If something isn’t working as expected, or an issue occurs as a direct result of our optimization, we will work with you to promptly resolve the problem at no additional cost.


What we will cover

  • Fixes for any issues directly caused by our optimization work.
  • 7 days of complimentary post-launch support to ensure the site remains stable and performs as agreed.
  • Reasonable follow-up support within that 7-day window to address optimization-related issues.


What is not covered

  • Problems caused by changes made after our work is completed (new apps, theme edits, server/hosting changes).
  • Issues that stem from third-party apps, external services, or providers outside our control.
  • Unrelated technical problems discovered during troubleshooting (we can provide a separate quote to fix those).


How to request support

If you believe an issue is related to our optimization work, please contact us at support@pagespeedninjas.com with:

  1. A short description of the issue
  2. Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible
  3. Your order number

We aim to respond to support requests within 24 business hours and will keep you updated until the issue is resolved.


Note: This policy is part of our service agreement and is intended to protect both parties while ensuring you receive the expected value from our work.
