• Payment is required in full before optimization work begins.
• Since our services are digital and often custom-delivered, we do not offer refunds once work has started. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform the service effectively, you may be required to grant temporary access to your Shopify store, apps, or theme code. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and access as needed.

While we aim to significantly improve your store’s speed and Google PageSpeed Insights scores, results may vary depending on your store's setup, installed apps, and external scripts. We do not guarantee permanent or exact results due to variables outside our control.

All content, branding, copy, and materials on this site belong to PageSpeed Ninjas and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
